One of the most famous Ramen in Japan. At lunch or dinner, queues can turn around the corner. Their most popular dish is the Fuunji-s signature Tsukemen, dipping noodles. The soup is super creamy and thick, with the body and aroma of Tonkotsu but without pork, incredibly delicious and adorned with Gyofun (fish powder) that accentuates the umami of the dish. Ramen is served with slices of good char siu, bamboo shoots and a soft touch of green onions. The noodles are at their exact point of cooking. Very close to Shinjuku station is a good option especially outside peak hours.
