At Ichikanjin you can try their 3 ramen varieties (salt, soy, soy milk) being the soy milk nearly a pilgrimage for ramen fan coming even from Tokyo. They also have different tsukemen, including a modern variation with jalapeño chilli. The quantities are quite big and th quality has been very consistent over the years. You can also try their gyoza, which are delicious and the green salad (it doesn't appear on the menu, but you must ask for it saying "itotsu no salad onegaishimasu" (one salad, please). The shop is actually very well located and not far from Hasedera or Daibutsu temples. Is definitely a good place for our Japan Gourmet Pass members who like ramen to stop and try their signature dishes.
