Okonomiyaki for the ones that doesn't know what it is, is like a pancake containing a variety of ingredients in a wheat-flour-based batter. Imari has two shops in Ebisu and very well-known for Okonomiyaki lovers. Depending if you are sitting on the counter or a table you have the chance to see how the chefs prepare the okonomiyaki dishes in front of you in a nice teppanyaki (iron-plate). This restaurant has more capacity than the other one (only 10 seats) and is a good choice for small groups or families. Their signature dish is the Negiyaki (okonomiyaki with a lot of green onions). At Imari Ebisu 2 you can try as well their teppanyaki dishes which include seafood and meat.
