This restaurant is from the well-known Sapporo’s family’s Ramen chain, and now it is in Yokohama. The specialty is miso Ramen, based on Tonkotsu soup. The noodles are prepared, in the end, in a wok with miso, garlic, and different types of vegetables, which makes a super aromatic and light soup. We recommend sets with rice of different styles. At noon there is always a line, although it goes fast. The service is quick, and the interior is relatively large.
