Famous place opened since 1953 in the second-hand bookseller area of Jinbocho. Super simple menu with 3 types of gyoza, "yaki" (grilled), "sui", steamed and "tenshin" (original). They have a very popular dumplings lunch sets. The Yaki-Gyozas are tubular without closing at the ends to facilitate the entry of the sauce. There is no spicy oil but chili powder, they do not use garlic either. Frequented by locals there are usually queues at peak times, although the service is fast.
