Suzushin is a Tonkatsu restaurant that has been around for a long time and famous for katsudon. Using homemade bread crumbs fried in fiery oil makes their Yorkshire meat taste amazing. Their excellent pork cutlets and homemade sauces are the specialty of the place. Their most 3 famous menus are katsu-don, "Kake-katsu-don"(called in honor to Suzushin's eldest son) and "Ni-katsu-don"(called in honor to Suzushin's second son), and the "Katsu-don-sauce"(called in honor of Suzushin's third son). Suzushin appears often on Japanese TV and long lines can be made to the outside of the restaurant. Definitely is a great spot to enjoy Japanese fried pork culet.
