Akita Gyu Gentei 秋田牛玄亭
Akita Gyu Gentei is a Yakiniku style restaurant near Akita station. Akita is a region known for its high quality beef, a tender, tasty and low-cholesterol meat. The restaurant mixes a very pleasant modern and traditional atmosphere. It is spacious and all the tables have a stove in the center to grill the meat to the point of each one. The waiters explain which part of each veal cut is and the best way to grill it. The quality is simply sublime and it melts in your mouth.
