Nogizaka Shin 乃木坂 しん

Nogizaka Shin / 乃木坂 しん

In the exclusive Akasaka neighborhood and six minutes from Nogizaka Station is Nogizaka Shin. Opened in 2006, the restaurant is run by chef Shinji Ishida and sommelier Yasuhide Tobita. This gastronomic project consists of a kaiseki cuisine paired with wine and sake. Chef Ishida proposes products from his native prefecture, Tokushima. This is a seafood cuisine where sea bream and crab play a major role. But not forgetting the seasonal vegetables or the Wagyu beef. The menu consists of ten dishes ... plus dessert. There are two categories, but both include starter, soup, sashimi, grilled dish or slow cooker dish among others. The flavors and textures are perfectly balanced with the seven pairing proposals with wine and sake. Reservation is necessary. Tip: The pairing is optional but absolutely recommended. Note: there is a 10% service charge.
