Sushi Suzuki is a sushi restaurant located on the fifth floor of the Nogakudo building, five minutes from Ginza station. Chef Takao Suzuki, with solid experience, opened his own premises in 2015. Drawing from the Edomae tradition, he makes decidedly modern sushi. The rice is prepared al dente and has a dark touch because he uses Akazu's red vinegar. He transforms fish and shellfish from the Toyosu Market with subtle techniques into an exquisite product.
