Tempura Ginza Tentei is a small and hidden traditional tempura restaurant. The two artisans, with more than 30 years of experience in this place, condense their expertise in each bite. The tempura is slightly battered but with character, always fried in Taihaku sesame oil. Only the best ingredients are selected, from all over Japan. With 2 tables and 12 seats in an open counter around the kitchen, you can enjoy the mastery of the craftsmen. For lunch there are, according to the season, "luxury ... lunch sets" from only 2500 yen. Shiitake, asparagus, scallops, kakiage and much more with "tenzu" a deep soup with abundant grated radish, and their original sauce for the tendon, sweet and tasty. Although neither the staff nor the chefs speak English they are extremely welcoming. Located in the old Ginza 8 district, just a few minutes from Shinbashi station.
