Tokyo Meat Shabu-Shabu House is a hot pot Japanese fondue restaurant five minutes from Higashi-Shinjuku station. It is a small and cozy space with capacity for 12 people distributed in an elongated counter bar. It specializes in Shabu-Shabu broth but also offers Sukiyaki based on soy sauce. The main ingredient is beef of the highest quality. The owner carefully selects from the best farms in Japan. He offers an exquisite and unusual meat such as Tajima Ota beef. Meats are presented sliced ready ... for the hot pot. You can choose a set of one type of meat with seasonal vegetables. For a complete experience we recommend an Omakase menu course (chef's recommendation) consisting on starters, soup, noodles and a wide assortment of meats and vegetables. Omakase course menu also includes desserts but not the drinks. The price is high but worth it. NOTE: Dinner time is divided in two services one starts at 17:00 and the second one at 20:30. The closing schedule is irregular, that is something we manage for you during the reservation time. You can enjoy your free reservation restaurant service as a full member of Japan Gourmet Pass.
