This restaurant was originally established as a dining room at a sky resort in Gunma, and then it evolved into two "curry soup" restaurants in Yokohama. They stick to the high mountain canteen style. They offer a soft but rich soup, which is full-bodied and based on Indian cuisine, and it has more than 14 types of spices. No thickeners or flour are used. The slow-cooked stew and soup takes four days to prepare. The spicy-level matches the height of the mountains that give it its name! There are ... two restaurants in Yokohama, in Yayoicho and another in the Motomachi district (in Chinatown). The restaurant is frequented by Japanese curry addicts.
