Azumabashi Yabu Soba

吾妻橋 やぶそば

Soba, Sake (Nihonshu), Shochu (Japanese spirits)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Amazing Soba, very close to Asakusa station. It is called Azumabashi because before it was very close to this bridge, but it moved to the current location a few years ago. The peculiarity of this restaurant is the soba with the fine sesame aroma of the soup. Fresh handmade soba, great tempura sets and perfectly paired sake and shochu (Potato liqueur). It only opens at noon. On weekends it is quite crowded, but not during the weekdays.
