This is the main restaurant of a famous local chain. The key to its success is the daily homemade noodles. The excellent taste of their soup is quite unlike other udon. The tempura is fried at the time the order is placed. The restaurant is famous for its Chikuba tempura (long-shaped fish cake). We recommend topping your tempura on the udon bowl. Its umami and crisp texture has a very good balance with the Udon. The shop is easily accessible, as it is located in central Takamatsu.
