Manchiken ramen belongs to the same owner as the famous Madai Ramen Mengyo and here the specialty is the Duck and foie gras on top with either a Shoyu (soy) or Shio (salt) soup. The foie gras will melt on together with the soup and it gives an elegant touch of duck liver and each bite will really fulfill your mouth with flavor. Their top also the ramen wit mustard leaves and citrus which balances the overall taste. At Manchiken you can also delight yourself with their tsukemen and thier famous bowl of Abura Soba (oil in noodles and soup). Since they do followed hours we recommend to go not on pick hours (11:45am til 13:00pm) so you can avoid most of the line of people waiting outside.
