Hitokuchi Gyoza Hountei

宝雲亭 本店

Gyoza, Dumplings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

This shop opened in 1949 when the founder return from Manchuria, where he discovered for the first time the Gyoza dumplings, which later he reproduced in Nagasaki. Since then, the recipe didn't change and the locals loved during generations. If you are in Nagasaki and you like dumplings this is your shop in Nagasaki. The shop is very old-fashion and simple but don't let this stop you to enjoy those "highly addictive" gyozas. Good for our Japan Gourmet Pass members.
