Fernando Lopez was born in Guatemala, and when he moved to Japan he trained under Hiroshima’s most famous okonomiyaki master, Hassho, for a long time before opening his own okonomiyaki restaurant. He runs the restaurant with his wife. Since day one, the shop was popular due the quality and uniqueness of the food. It is considered by many to be one of the best okonomiyaki shops in Hiroshima (in the heart of the Yokogawa area). He took the best of the local okonomiyaki tradition and added his ow ... n personal touch. His okonomiyaki signature dish includes jalapeño. The staff are extremely friendly with the clients, and it’s definitely a great place to go if you are in Hiroshima. In the restaurant, you can order in English and Spanish, as both languages are spoken here. The peak hours are from 19:00 until 20:30, and you should expect a line when you arrive.
