Miso Nikomi No Takara 味噌にこみ たから
If you never heard about miso Nikomi udon and you are visiting Nagoya, then the Takara shop is the best place to stop to try this unique local dish. Nikomi udon is made of miso paste, and this gives the red-brown color to the udon when it is served to you in an earthenware pot. It will normally be very hot. In the past, this was the food the warlord Takeda use to give to his warriors to eat before battle. The noodles for this dish are more consistent, and the texture is more solid. At Nikomi no ...
