The restaurant it was open in 1947 and since then, they have been delivering some of the best Tonkatsu and fried shrimp (Ebi fry) in Nagoya. The tenderness and flavor of their Katsu is unique and the breadcrumbs are very crispy and not oily. Their main signature dishes are the classic Tonkatsu set and also the Ise shrimp, which includes the head. In Nagoya and all Aichi prefecture, shrimps are well know for their size and taste. The restaurant is very popular and during weekends you may find a queue that is moving fast, since the shop is quite big and can accommodate many clients at the same time.
