This tiny restaurant has only ten counter seats, and it is located near Tsuyu Tenjinsha Shrine, in the area of Higashi Umeda in Osaka. They make some of the best Tonkatsu in the whole city, and they are one of the best in Japan. Their specialty is not just the Tonkatsu, but they have developed and created a very unique Tonkatsu where the breadcrumbs are mixed with squid ink, giving the dish a darker aspect, while leaving a mellow aroma that balances very well with the tender and juicy deep-fried ... pork cutlet.
