Usagi Ramen うさぎラメン
The Usagi Ramen shop in Shibuya (near Shinsen station) opened in 2007 under Master Yamada-san. Their most well-known varieties are Tsukemen, Soy Ramen, and Salt Ramen. Their menu includes different variations and upgrades, but all soups are delicious. Usagi also is very concerned about artificial flavors, and that’s why they use only natural ingredients. Their signature dish is “Tamago Tsukemen,” which is Tsukemen Ramen with a boiled egg. The shop is located near Shinsen station.
