Ushio ~潮~

Ushio / ~潮~

Ushio Okonomiyaki restaurant was originally opened in 1974 in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, and in 2007 the owner finally opened their shop near the Roppongi area in Tokyo. They have a signature okonomiyaki made of mussels, and the okonomiyaki are all cooked without any oil. Their original recipes are well-known by the Japanese clients. The shop has been featured in many national magazines and TV shows, and it is not strange to eat next to a Japanese celebrity. The prices are higher for the same dishes t ... han in other restaurants, but this is definitely a high-end okonomiyaki restaurant. The shop is cozy and small, with a warm and friendly environment. There is also a very nice view. NOTE: They have a ¥500 cover charge/person. (In Japan is common to have this type of cover charge in many small restaurants).
