Ushio Okonomiyaki restaurant was originally it was open in 1974 in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka and in 2007 the owner finally opened their shop near Roppongi area in Tokyo. They have a signature Okonomiyaki made of mussels and the Okonomiyaki are all cooked without any oil. Their original recipes are well-known within the Japanese clients. The shop has been featured in many national magazines and TV shows and is not strange to be eating next to a Japanese celebrity. Prices is higher for the same dishes than other restaurants but this is definitely a high-end okonomiyaki restaurant. The shop is cozy and small, with a warm and friendly environment, with a nice night view.
