Imafuku is a Japanese hot pot or fondue restaurant 300 meters from Shirokane-Takanawa station. It is a modern and elegant place with traditional elements. It specializes in Shabu-Shabu made from vegetable broth and Sukiyaki based in soy sauce and mirin. Both are prepared in a pot on the table, in front of the diners. The ingredients are the finest quality Wagyu beef and fresh Japanese vegetables that are brought thinly sliced. The restaurant staff prepares the pots, broths and sauces. Diners jus ... t need to dip the ingredients into the boiling broth or sauces and enjoy the food. It is served by complete menus that include the chosen speciality.
