Isehiro Kyobashi is said to be the oldest yakitori in Tokyo, founded in 1921. This restaurant maintains daily fresh products, carefully grilled with the special oak charcoal from Wakayama province named "Ubaname Kashi Bincho". You may enter without reservation at noon but the menu is reduced to a very popular set of 5 skewers on a rice bowl (Yakitori-Don). At night, only with reservation will be entertained and the menu is based on their pre-arranged set meals with different number of skewers.
