Kaiten Sushi Matsuriya is a popular Hokkaido conveyor belt shushi chain, originally established in the prestigious fishing port of Nemuro, famous in Japan for the quality of its fish. They currently have 8 sushi-go-round (conveyor belt) restaurants in Hokkaido: Sapporo, Tokachi and Kushiro, but the flagship of the chain is this branch of Kushiro. Possibly one of the best Kaiten-sushi in Japan, where you can taste the wonderful Hokkaido´s seasonal fresh fish. With an extensive menu of around 250 ... dishes, the most popular are salmon, prepared in different ways, blue fish or tuna varieties. The rapid rotation prevents the plates from spoiling by spinning on the conveyor belt, but you can also place your order directly to the chef.
