Kizushi 喜寿司

Kizushi / 喜寿司

Kizushi is a traditional sushi restaurant three minutes from Ningyocho station. This neighborhood still retains the atmosphere of old Edo with its narrow streets and neighborhoods of low wooden houses. Kizushi is located in a wooden building that was formerly a geisha house. This restaurant mainly prepares a traditional Edomae sushi: Maguro zuke (marinated tuna), red clam akagi or blue fish kohada. But you can also find an excellent squid stuffed with pumpkin shavings or a delicious tazuna maki. ... The Omakase service here, is where the chef chooses, it is possibly one of the best in Tokyo. The chef does not hesitate to interact with the diners to find out their tastes. The value for money is very good. Nigiri tend to be somewhat larger than usual. Note: there are continuous hours on Saturdays.
