Kyokushi Rokuhara is a Kyoto-style kushikatsu (fried battered skewers). Using only fresh seasonal ingredients from fish, vegetables and meat. The secret is the "koromo" (batter) and the frying technique that makes the skewers light and crispy, without interferences with the taste of the always excellent quality ingredients. For lunch is very crowded and there is only one menu set plate with 8 skewers, miso soup, salad and rice. For dinner you can choose a la carte from a menu of 36 skewers or yo ... u can order the chef's recommendation menu "Omakase" in which the skewers are prepared one by one in front of you.
