Zakuro TBS is a traditional Japanese Shabu-Shabu restaurant located on the second floor of the Biz Tower building, just one minute from Akasaka station. It belongs to the Zakuro group which means you can expect excellent quality and service. There is a calm atmosphere and the decorations includes some beautiful art pieces. The main ingredients used to prepare their shabu-shabu hot pot is real wagyu beef of the highest quality and fresh seasonal vegetables. To cook the shabu-shabu they use a hand ... crafted copper pot, helping to heat the broth quick and keep it warm longer. Other than shabu-shabu you can also taste a great Sukiyaki using soy sauce. You can also try a course menu including starters, assorted sashimi, teppanyaki, beef loin, rice, pickles and dessert. The prices are right for the quality and varies depending on the meat you choose, although any choice will not disappoint you. Booking in advance is recommended.
