Matsue Sushi is a sushi restaurant about two minutes from Ebisu station. Since 1964 they have been making delicious Edomae sushi with fresh produce from the Toyosu market and local rice. They have other restaurants and they all follow the same philosophy: quality sushi for a great culinary experience. They have menus or "sets" with different configurations and a highly recommended omakase service. The omakase comes with sashimi, grilled fish, and lots of sushi. They also pair perfectly with sak ... e or wine. This service offers delicacies such as mackerel sashimi with ginger, freshly roasted scallop wrapped in nori, bull tuna nigiri or kohada with minced radish. Great value for money, generous portions, that will leave you satisfied. Reservation is necessary especially for dinners.
