Pizzeria e Osteria PADRINO, is certified as an authentic and traditional Neapolitan pizza maker, by the association of pizzerias of Naples. Based on traditional recipes, the dough only contains flour, water, salt and yeast. Kneading and stretching by hand is also essential to obtain the desired consistency. Then it must be baked at a high temperature with a wood oven, which makes the dough crisp but remains moist inside. The recommended pizza is the Margarita D.O.C., with 100% fresh Bufala mozza ... rella. It is the quintessence of pizzas. It has a pleasant terrace open to a garden ideal to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. Being Japanese chefs they have tried to recreate the style and tradition of southern Italian food, turning their restaurant into one of the best, or perhaps the best, pizza in Sendai and Tohoku (northeast area of Japan).
