The restaurant opened in 2015, but the chef has been working in many high-end restaurants and hotel restaurants, such as the Hilton Hotel, among others. They have two classic main varieties of shoyu (soy soup) and shio (salt), with an accent of yuzu. The broth is thin, but it is very tasty. The broth used in the salty ramen is made of clams, another seafood. Their pork is very consistent and has a nice texture. This is not the usual Ramen shop you find around town. Here they take care of the det ... ails, and the atmosphere is very relaxing and stylish. They also have a bar with some interesting spirits. NOTE: Lunch time has a capacity of eight people.
