Takara is a popular Hiroshima tempura restaurant. Relatively small, it has a bar and a few tatami seats. It is very famous for offering fantastic tendon (tempura rice bowl) sets, which literally won't fit the container. The most popular tendon is the Kaisen tendon, a set with more than 10 types of tempura that among others includes prawns, squid, conger eel and various types of vegetables, for only 1200 yen.
