Yakitori Tokoshima is a restaurant frequented by town locals and real yakitori lovers. Fresh and whole chickens of the highest quality purchased directly from selected farmers are then processed daily in the restaurant. All skewers are perfectly grilled on charcoal and the specialty is Tsukune skewers (chicken meatballs mixed with soft cartilage). We recommend that you end your meal with a chef´s signature bowl of rice with raw egg yolk. Extensive selection of sake and Sapporo beer gives the pe ... rfect pairing.
