Yokohama Seryna Romanja is a well established restaurant that specializes in the highest quality Kobe beef and Kuroge Wagyu (black Japanese cow). The meat is cooked in different styles, shabu-shuabu, sukiyaki, hot stone and sashimi, among others. Yokohama is a city with an old reputation welcoming foreigners, as it was the first city to open its port for interantional trade in 1858. This should be no surprise, here you only receive the most professional treatment by the chefs. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, decorated with wood and ancient Ukiyoe-style paintings from the Edo-Meiji era, the staff are dressed in kimono. It is a totally satisfactory experience.
