In the Ginza shopping district and just one minute walk from the station you will find this little hidden gem that is Zakuro. It is a calm and sober decorated place with a mix of oriental and western style restaurants. Specializing in traditional hot pot Shabu-Shabu. The ingredients are cooked in a broth-based pot and then dipped in different sauces. The hot-pot is heated with charcoal which provides a special flavor. Some of the most usual ingredients selected are Japanese black beef and fresh ... seasonal vegetables. The menus includes delicious selections of salad, asparagus, tofu, sashimi and desserts.
