Ohjuri Ginza 銀座 王十里

Ohjuri Ginza / 銀座 王十里

Ohjuri Ginza is an old and well-known Korean horumon and izakaya restaurant. Horumon or hormonyaki is a type of yakiniku specializing in organs and internal parts of pork or cow such as intestines, esophagus, heart and liver cooked on the grill, a very popular dish in Japan. Ohjuri was one of the pioneers in introducing this type of food in Tokyo. It is an excellent place to introduce yourself to this speciality even for the most squeamish diner. The most famous dish is "mino", cow intestine, ve ... ry soft and marinated with a sweet sauce, it must be roasted long enough on the grill. If you don't want Horumon, there are also excellent pieces of meat for yakiniku-style grilling and typical Korean dishes with Kimchi (fermented vegetables), shichimi (vegetable pancakes) or bibimba (rice with vegetables and meat, served in an iron bowl at high temperatures). Children are not allowed on weekdays as business dinners are very common.
