Hanada Ueno opened this location, and right from the first day, it was busy with local Ramen enthusiasts. They basically mastered the menu. Their noodles are very strong, elastic, and tasty. Their signature dish is “Ajitama karamiso char siu men,” which includes egg and veggies as toppings. They also offer a delicious tsukemen. At peak hours, you will have to make a line outside. The way they operate is that first you buy the menu you want on their vending machine (the menu has photos and t ... ranslations in English). Then you go back outside, get in line, and then wait for your turn. The shop’s location is also very convenience. It is just a three-to-four-minute walk from Ueno station, and three minutes from the tourist street of Ameyoko.
