Kagawa Ippuku Kanda 香川 一福 神田店
This shop opened in 2015, and it has been popular with udon lovers in Tokyo since its early days. They basically replicate the original udon from the Shikoku ,Kagawa prefectures, and their noodles are made using the Sanuki style (the “original” way). At Ippuku, you can enjoy the classic udon hot or cold with thin broth soup and scallions on top, or you can also try their acclaimed curry udon, which is slightly spicy. They also offer tempura, fried chiken karage, squid tentacles (geso), and m ... ore. If you like udon and you are near the Akihabara area, this is a perfect choice. NOTE: The shop closes early when their stock is sold out.
