Menya Sho Minato 麺屋 翔 みなと
This is one of three shops of the chain Menya Sho. The highlights include: the excellent Chintan chicken soup, several kinds of outstanding braised and smoked Char Siu, and they use only an blend of selected salts from France, Italy, Mongolia, and Japan. The restaurant is modern and comfortable, and their Ramen is superb. The restaurant is a five-minute walk from Nishishinjuku St. Note: Sometimes they close earlier because they run out of soup. The Ramen is tremendously popular.
