Obana 尾花

Obana / 尾花

The Obama is a good and traditional Japanese eel (unagi in Japanese) restaurant. It has a Michelin award in Tokyo and the Unagi in here is considered to be of the very best quality, with the skin very easy to peel off and the meat very tender and juicy. One of their signature dishes is the steam eel with wasabi and soy sauce but also you can delight yourself with the eel omelet, even though it is not their major highlight, it is still very delicious. The portions are pretty decent considering th ... e Japanese standards and Obama is the type of place your Japanese friends would recommend you to go to. The price is not extremely cheap but if you want to try a good Unagi restaurant in Tokyo this is a great option. The staff is known to be attentive and the venue is a very good place to relax and enjoy a great meal. You will probably to have to queue but the food is definitely worth the time. Located near the south exit of Minami-Senju using subway Hibiya line.
