At Osaka Mentetsu, you can enjoy their classic soy-sauce soup of broth, which has deep flavor. Their noodles are made-in-house, and the consistency and taste are key elements of their Ramen masterpieces. One dish they develop is the mixed Japanese yam and raw egg dish.
