This shop is considered by many as the “holy grail,” when talking about Ramen in Osaka. The shop is very simple, but they deliver what many consider to be the best Ramen in town. They have mainly shoyu (soy ramen sauce), Shio (salt ramen sauce) and tsukemen (noodles are served separately) dishes. Other than Ramen, you can also order bowls of rice with different toppings, including tonkatsu (pork). Each of types of soup broth (sauce) is made differently. Some have the base made of chicken, wh ... ile others use pork. Because the shop is very popular, there are always people waiting outside. But the shop solves the issue by selling you a ticket and letting you know when you must comeback. In this way, you are not stuck outside in a line for an hour. Instead, you can go around and return when your turn for the Ramen comes. Note: When they run out of soup, they will close the shop. This is a great choice for our Japan Gourmet Pass members.
