Yuji Shinagawa san, is a well-known Chinese chef, Gold medal in several prestigious international cooking competitions. The simple and effective menu: 6 options with only 2 types of Gyozas. The most popular is Tokusei Yaki-Gyoza (Grilled special Gyoza) and another classic is the Yoniku Sui (steamed lamb). Other choices includes salad, soba and mutton. Very close to Nogizaka station. NOTE: This restaurant has the menu only in Japanese but is very easy to choose because they have only 6 choices, that's why is included in JGP even the menu is not translated.
