The restaurant specializes in Shio Ramen (salt ramen) and Char Siu (grilled pork). Its secret is a mixture of salt, obtained from three different methods, from the island of Ishigaki, Okinawa. The very light and soft soup uses both animal ingredients and lots of vegetables. The shop is also famous for its Char Siu, which is marinated for three days. You should also try the fried rice with Char Siu. Their menu consists of Shio Ramen variants: extra Char Siu, with breaded chicken, extra vegetables ... and Char Siu fried rice. This is a typical Ramen shop, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to Shijo station.
