At Sasuga Soba they use only "Juwari" soba or 100% buckwheat flour, and they do not mix the flour with eggs or other flour. They make their soba homemade each day without using any type of machinery. With the usual tempura options offered, they create great sets at very reasonable prices, and they offer more elaborate Kaiseki sets at night. They are located very close to the Kabuki theater in Ginza East. The restaurant is recommend to Gourmets, who want to know the authentic taste of soba.
