Tonkatsu Aoki has been considered by many locals a great Tonkatsu (Ton=pork + Katsu=cutlet) in Tokyo. The restaurant is only for 15 people at the same time but rotation is quick. On pick time you have to wait 30 minutes but slightly after the line is short. The way their tonkatsu is made, is not clear because the unique taste of this venue. If you like meat and specifically pork is a good choice. Last 10 years Tonkatsu become more and more popular among visitors and is getting the proper space deserved inside the Japanese gastronomy. This restaurant is located on Ginza on the 1st floor basement of a building named ソワレ・ドビル which can be read/sound (Soure Dobiru) and since the exact translation is not clear, we kept this part of the address in Japanese.
