The Tonkatsu Hinata restaurant was born to treat exclusively tonkatsu with delicacy and love. They directly buy from the slaughterhouse and carefully selected pigs. They have their own cutting room, so they can offer a wider variety of cuts than the typical Tonkatsu (not just loin or "Hire" fillet). They have tasting menu courses under reservation from Tuesday to Saturday. Those courses are highly recommended by Japan Gourmet Pass. The courses cost around ¥3,000-¥4,000 per person.
