The restaurant offers unique Ramen for seafood lovers. The specialty is a thick and tasty shrimp, and tomato soup served in a Tsukemen original recipe. This Ramen shop is very popular, and there is a permanent queue of people waiting. The interior is large and the service is very fast, so the waiting time to line up is acceptable (20 min). The ticket vending machine is bilingual and very understandable. The quantities are seriously generous, but you can ask for an extra ration (free) or also jus ... t the standard (quite large). Or you can ask for a small if you are not very hungry. The soup also has pork base (Tonkotsu), and you can obtain a very good balance. It has an extraordinary prawn flavor. If you finish, it you can ask them to refill your bowl for free. Char Sui is served in blocks and the rest of the toppings are very well integrated. The handmade wheat noodles have an excellent texture, and they combine perfectly with the soup. This restaurant offers a rare Ramen delight just six minutes from the south exit of Shinjuku St.
