Kagurazaka Marutomi is a small, hidden restaurant in Kaiseki run by a young couple who received a Michelin star. The chef with long experience in traditional Japanese restaurants, prepares a complex and interesting cuisine with great emphasis on the seasons of the year and perfectly paired with sake or wine. Glancing at the single tasting menu, in reasonable English, is a preview of the sensory experiences to come.
