Hanako Iidabashi 花子 飯田橋店
This is an okonomiyaki Hiroshima-style restaurant. It was included in the Michelin guides for 2016 and 2017. The signature okonomiyaki is Kokutaiji Yaki, with soba, pork, ginger, bonito flakes, sliced cabbage, eggs, etc. It is crispy on the outside and seasoned with original Hiroshima-style aromatic sauce. Also, the sakes and other izakaya dishes are excellent choices. The restaurant belongs to a small chain of five restaurants: three in Hiroshima and two in Tokyo. It is definitely gourmet okono ... miyaki.
